Adventure Montréal is a social club for people who want to experience more of the city together. Run by Josh and launched in October 2026, it is built around shared interests, welcoming introductions and the friendships that can begin with a simple plan to get out.
I'm Josh, the founder of Adventure Montréal. My goal is to make it easier to meet people and enjoy Montréal through shared experiences. You are welcome to arrive on your own and help shape the club.

There is plenty of inspiration close at hand: Mount Royal's trails and lookouts, green spaces around Beaver Lake and the parks and paths beside the Lachine Canal. Add a neighbourhood café or a meal after a walk, and exploring Montréal becomes a chance to connect as well as a change of scenery.
Our idea of adventure includes small discoveries. It might be a canal-side stroll, a relaxed coffee, a neighbourhood outing or an evening around a board-game table. Each published event will set out its own location, pace and participation details so you can choose something that suits you.
The seasons bring different ways to enjoy Montréal. Autumn is a natural invitation to walk, warmer months open up possibilities around the canal, and winter can mean skating or snowshoeing in suitable conditions. Indoor meals and socials offer a warm place for conversation when you would rather stay inside.
Whether Montréal is new to you or already familiar, you are welcome to bring your curiosity and your own ideas. Arrive on your own or with a friend, respect the people you meet and choose an activity you feel comfortable joining. We are here to help turn an interesting city into shared experiences.
